Mike Brown, speaking at a graduate level marketing class at UMKC, realized that many successful business people are not aware of social media channels and the great strategic insights being shared online. Therefore, after retweeting great content online, it is important to also refer to it in business conversations, share it in staff meetings, print articles and post them on bulletin boards, email links to business associates and incorporate these perspectives into presentations.
