The Innovation Secrets of Steve Jobs by Carmine Gallo is a book that explores the seven principles of innovation that Steve Jobs used to make Apple so successful. Gallo has interviewed a number of people who were present at the beginning of Apple's innovations to suss out Jobs' strategy, since Jobs doesn't like to talk about it directly to the media. The book argues that by doing what you love, having a big vision, using creativity, understanding what people want to accomplish, saying no to 1000 things, creating insanely great experiences, and mastering the message, you can innovate like Jobs. While Jobs is one-of-a-kind, the book offers insights into his perspective and ideas that can be applied in different settings to encourage innovation success.
