The limitations, criticisms and new pathways for Design Thinking – Part two

Design thinking is a highly creative problem-solving approach, but it can seem fuzzy, ambiguous, and strange to those more trained in being analytical. Design thinking needs to take a more strategic and broader system thinking level approach to achieve better outcomes. The approach needs to evolve to tackle complex issues, connect with different skillsets, and develop a more integrated thinking that connects ideas to customer needs. Design thinking needs to be more worked at a system level, beyond the product, customer experience, or service level.
