Collaboration Challenges

To better understand the organizing challenges faced by businesses today, a survey sought the views of people across diverse industries in different parts of the world. The outcome revealed that there are some tools that can be tremendously useful when applied to the right scenarios. Eric Ebert of Lookeen shared how his decentralized workforce relies on tools such as Lookeen for email and desktop searches as well as Trello for task management. Alex Makin, who runs Syneka Marketing, suggested that the open-source software Linux (Zentyal) has been instrumental in managing the file server and OpenChange in providing Exchange functionality. Fortress Learning's Bryan West emphasized the significance of clear processes that ensure that people use Google suite or similar work-collaboration tools in a way that drives efficiency. While Michelle Tupy of CleverStreak pointed out how social media management software such as Hootsuite or Buffer help in managing and publishing content across multiple online channels.
