Ideas change culture or culture changes ideas

Ideas that challenge the norm can only be successful if the company culture accepts and fosters innovation. Corporate cultures that dismiss innovation and radical ideas become inflexible, intolerant of change and resistant to new ideas. A good idea may be rejected or a radical idea may be simplified to suit the company culture's expectations. This reinforces the culture and makes it difficult to introduce new ideas in the future.
