An Innovator of Innovation: Discussion with Darin Eich - Innovation

Darin Eich, founder of Innovation Learning, discusses his experience with design thinking and user-centered innovation. He got into the field by starting the startup company BrainReactions with other UW students. Eich’s focus now is on teaching others his processes with workshops, books, and online programs. He believes that the process of design thinking should be used to determine what to do in his business, and that by finding out what the users want and need, he is able to design what is most beneficial for them. Eich also discusses how he learns, what he looks for when facilitating workshops, and where he sees design thinking going in the future.
